How It Works?

Raise Request
Employees initiate a transfer or posting request by submitting details such as preferred location, reason for the move, and expected timeline. The system captures and logs the request, allowing employees to track its status throughout the process.
Review & Approval
The Personnel Department reviews the request, considering staffing requirements and internal policies. Once vetted, it is forwarded to the Depot Manager (DM) or relevant authority for further evaluation and final recommendation.
Transfer & Posting
After receiving final approval, the system generates the official transfer/posting order. The employee is notified, and their service records are updated digitally, ensuring transparency and proper documentation.
